Key Responsibilities.

• Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans in alignment with international educational standards, Islamic teachings, and Bahasa Malaysia curriculum requirements.
• Deliver instruction on various aspects of Islamic Studies (including Quranic studies and Islamic history) and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Foster a culturally sensitive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and promotes understanding among students from various backgrounds.
• Ensure the academic progress of students in the subjects taught.
• Support and motivate students and teachers, encouraging consultation and discussion.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with parents and guardians.
• Support the work of subject teachers and ensure that all members of the department work effectively.
• Set targets for students and monitor progress within the context of school and departmental targets.
• Understand the needs of the subject areas taught and appreciate the contribution of other subjects to the overall education of students.
• Conduct lesson observations efficiently and effectively, and report findings to the Head of Department.
• Undertake any other related duties as may reasonably be directed from time to time by the Campus Principal or Senior Leadership Team.
  
  

Requirement

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE OR Bachelor Education) or equivalent international teaching qualification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
