- To responsible for the incoming spare parts received and deliveries as well as shelving, ensure parts store is clean & tidy.
- To assisting in loading and unloading for all operation activities.
- To perform other stock-related duties, including parts return, pricing and labeling supplies and packaging.
- To ensure proper recording of parts supplies, delivery, quote & invoicing.
- To ensure adequate parts recording, manage all documentations flows & maintain parts inventory control.
- To liaise with workshop service mechanics for trucks & machinery repairs, parts and lubricants.
- To handling of freight and movement of trucks or equipment and conduct minor repair works.
- To ensure parts inventory management to properly keep and conduct self-inventory parts stock check.
