Position Overview

allnex is looking for an intern to join the GBS Treasury team to support Payments services. You’ll get to experience working in GBS environment and learn about various Finance and Treasury processes.

If you have a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy, we would love to speak with you!

Responsibilities

• Support with payment proposals preparation and perform payment entries clearance in ERP system
• Assist in preparation of the daily payment summary file for Cash Management
• Perform payment verification and input in the banking platform according to provided instructions
• Respond to payments related inquiries, provide payment confirmations from the banking platforms
• Follow up on timely payment authorization in banking platforms
• Prepare supporting documentation for local and overseas payments
• Ensure documentation and audit trails for payment activities are compiled accurately and up to date
• Collaborate with GBS teams in cross-functional tasks.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability in time and planning management
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to act as a team player.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance
• Students who can commit to at least a six-month internship programme is highly preferred
