What you'll do:
As the HR Operations and HRMS Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing all aspects of payroll administration. Your role will involve overseeing the entire payroll process from data entry to wage calculation using SAP SuccessFactors. You will ensure that all processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you generate and analyze reports for accuracy. You will also have the opportunity to provide training on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities while identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions
- Ensure payroll processes adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies
- Maintain and optimize SAP SuccessFactors configurations for payroll processing
- Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly
- Provide training and support to payroll administrators on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Manage relationships with payroll service providers and vendors

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in payroll management with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules relevant to payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing staff
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or relevant payroll management certifications is preferred
