Job Responsibility
Main Duties, Responsibilities, And Accountabilities
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Ensure all payroll transactions are recorded and processed efficiently.
Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
Prepare payroll reports for management review, including salary breakdowns and statutory payments.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software, and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with strict deadlines.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with Malaysiaâs EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax regulations.
