Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of payroll processing with a headcount of 500 or more and ensure accuracy of computations.
• To ensure payroll practices are in compliance with all Statutory requirements.
• Support multiple payrolls within designated portfolio.
• Execution of salary payment, statutory payments and reconciliations.
• Handle and resolve queries on payroll.
• To lead implementation of projects for new clients.
• Supervise and where necessary train payroll support staff.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee pay records and documents.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline preferably in Accounting / Business.
• Minimum 5 years payroll processing experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English.
• Excellent working knowledge of all statutory requirements related to payroll.
• Good PR and inter-personal skills.
