Payroll/Generalist Executive in Human Resource & Admin

Job Responsibilities:
• To handle and manage the Group’s HR related matters either (including but not limited to) Group payroll, recruitment process, employee's career cycle process, termination process, resignation process, staff payouts, attendance, leave administration, or industrial relations matters.
• Ensure accurate, timely salary processing and compliance with all statutory which including LHDN, EPF, SOCSO requirement regarding monthly contribution, deduction and payment submission.
• Attend to employee enquiries on payroll related issues.
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in Human Resources System i.e. MyWave.
• Organize and conduct orientation/onboarding training of new hires.
• Ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies with the Malaysian Employment Act and recommend best practices.
• Plan and organize employee activities and outings such as team building, trips to foster good working relationship among employees.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Management, as and when needed.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• You have minimum of 2 years relevant experience in human resources.
• You possess good computer literacy with office and HR related tools (MS Office and payroll applications i.e. MyWave).
• Independent, strong and willing to work alone within the department.
• Familiar with Malaysia labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
• Strong communication skills through phone, e-mail and in-person.
• Responsible, trustworthy and possess the right attitude and aptitude to learn and improve company HR processes.
• Able to start work immediately.
