Deliver timely, trusted reporting and insightful analysis that meets the requirements of technical accounting standards. Embed pragmatic governance and control frameworks in the reporting process.

• Deliver timely, trusted reporting and insightful analysis that meets the requirements of technical accounting standards
• Produce timely and trusted financial and management performance results
• Produce period analysis including actuals versus forecast to deliver accurate insights for decision-making and drive business performance
• Continuously review process design and implement enhanced data and technology solutions to achieve a faster working day timetable
• Embed pragmatic governance and control frameworks in the reporting process
• Uphold robust and risk-based governance frameworks to ensure effective oversight and control throughout financial processes
• Regularly review the governance structure to identify opportunities for optimisation and streamlining
• Business Planning
• Support financial planning and forecast for key operating performance levers, e.g. ACE, expense, commission, tax and etc
