- Tugas kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu – menjawab panggilan telefon, menyokong pelawat dan mengatur urusan mesyuarat apabila diperlukan.
- Menguruskan surat/faks/e-mel/kurier/penghantaran masuk dan keluar apabila diperlukan
- Memesan dan menyelia bekalan pejabat seperti alat tulis dan pengisian semula pantri, peralatan pejabat
- Lain-lain tugas pentadbiran am seperti pemfailan, fotokopi, penjilidan apabila diperlukan.
- Mengekalkan sistem pemfailan yang baik untuk Jabatan Kewangan dan Pentadbiran, senarai pekerja, insurans dan pangkalan data hubungan.
- Menjaga isu berkaitan kakitangan (Pegawai Rendah hingga Pertengahan) – cuti tahunan/slip gaji/kebajikan kakitangan/membantu dalam kitaran penuh kakitangan daripada pengambilan/penyertaan/peletakan jawatan dengan bimbingan daripada Pegawai Kanan
- Membantu Pegawai Kanan berhubung dengan pembekal insurans untuk insurans perubatan, perjalanan, PA dan acara apabila diperlukan (tambah bagi mereka yang berpengalaman)
- Membantu Pegawai Kanan dalam hal-hal berkaitan logistik, tempahan penerbangan, perjalanan (tambah bagi mereka yang berpengalaman)
- Membantu dan menyelaras dengan Pegawai Kanan dalam pengaturan acara/bengkel/seminar GEC apabila diperlukan (tambah bagi mereka yang berpengalaman)
- Sijil/Diploma/Ijazah Pentadbiran Perniagaan/Pengurusan/Sumber Manusia
- Tahap kecekapan tinggi dalam penggunaan komputer dan internet (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Kalendar Google, SQL)
- Fasih dan fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan
- Bertanggungjawab dan berinisiatif untuk mengambil tugas tambahan apabila diperlukan.
- Bersedia bekerja melebihi waktu pejabat dan hujung minggu apabila diperlukan.
- Bermotivasi diri dan selesa dalam mengendalikan maklumat sulit
