Job Description

Looking for responsible and result oriented Debt Recovery Officer to join our team. Role involves managing customer accounts, following up on the overdue payment and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:-

Make outbound call to customers with outstanding payments
Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans
Update and maintain collection record
Followup on broken promises and monitor daily account performance
Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally
