SYARAT KELAYAKAN
1. Mahir menggunakan sistem perakaunan SQL & Excel
2. Bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari.
3. Boleh bekerja secara fleksibel (sekiranya perlu menghadiri kursus berkait dengan akaun, E-Invois dan sebagainya)
4. Boleh bekerja sepenuh masa di Pejabat.
5. Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri.
ANTARA SKOP KERJA PEMBANTU AKAUN:
1. Membantu mengurus rekod AP dan AR ke dalam sistem.
2. Membantu menyediakan penyata kewangan syarikat
3. Membantu menyediakan rekod kos analisis dan susut nilai.
4. Membantu memastikan rekod data akaun selari dengan keperluan dari pihak auditors/tax agents.
5. Membantu menguruskan dokumen dan fail-fail bahagian akaun dengan sistematik.
