- Untuk bekerja dan membimbing strategi pengurusan hasil untuk memaksimumkan hasil keseluruhan hotel dan keuntungan.
- Uruskan pelbagai sistem dan alatan hasil untuk menyediakan keputusan dan tindakan perniagaan berasaskan fakta.
- Memacu budaya hasil, mengambil peranan peneraju dan membuat keputusan untuk penetapan harga, pengedaran, strategi campuran pasaran dan bekerjasama rapat dengan jabatan untuk memastikan potensi hasil maksimum dicapai dalam bidang tanggungjawab mereka.
- Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda / Diploma dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Kewangan, Pengurusan Hasil atau disiplin yang berkaitan.
- Pengalaman minimum 5 tahun dalam kapasiti yang sama di hotel antarabangsa 4 hingga 5 bintang.
- Diperakui sebagai Pengurusan Hasil melalui program Latihan Pengurusan Hasil yang sesuai akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.
