Tanggungjawab Kerja:-

  • Masukkan dan urus data dalam hamparan, pangkalan data dan sistem Autocount.
  • Menyelenggara dan menyusun fail, rekod, dan dokumentasi.
  • Buat dan kemas kini laporan seperti yang diminta.
  • Pantau/ terima bayaran masuk dan keluar.
  • Memantau dan mengatur penghantaran stok, semakan jaminan pada inventori.
  • Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, pelanggan, jurujual dalaman dan vendor secara profesional dan membantu.
  • Memproses invois, resit dan pesanan mengikut keperluan.
  • Membuat susulan terhadap sebarang tugasan yang diberikan.
  • Sebarang tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Ketua Jabatan.


Kelayakan : SPM atau setaraf

Pengalaman : Lepasan baru atau lepasan SPM digalakkan memohon.

Kemahiran Yang Diperlukan

  • Komunikasi dan pengurusan masa yang baik
  • Penutur Bahasa Mandarin
  • Kemahiran asas komputer
  • Kebolehan organisasi dan multitasking
  • Perhatian kepada perincian dan ketepatan
  • Sikap profesional dan berbudi bahasa
  • Keupayaan untuk mengekalkan kerahsiaan dan mengendalikan maklumat sensitif
