Job Responsibility
- Mengadakan majlis ilmu di masjid-masjid ladang (ceramah, kelas agama , kelas fardu ain, bacaan yasin, solat hajat dan lain-lain))
- Merancang dan melaksanakan sambutan Hari Kebesaran Islam di peringkat kompleks (Maal Hijrah, Maulidur Rasul, Israk Mikraj, Ihya Ramadhan dan lain-lain)
- Menganjurkan program berunsurkan motivasi, kemasyarakatan (gotong-royong, bantuan zakat, kematian) dan sosial (melibatkan gejala negatif) kepada petugas, pekerja ladang termasuk keluarga dan penduduk setempat
- Menyampaikan khutbah serta mengimamkan Solat Jumaat setiap minggu
- Menyediakan laporan berkaitan pembangunan dan program kerohanian
- Mengadakan hubungan baik dengan pihak berkuasa tempatan (Majlis Agama Islam Daerah)
- Pematuhan & menjalankan sistem EMS 14001
- Mengamalkan praktis kesihatan & keselamatan persekitaran
- Menjalankan sistem OHSAS 18001
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.
- Kebolehan memberi bimbingan, kaunseling, dan pengajaran agama.
- Kepimpinan yang kukuh dan kemahiran membina komuniti.
