SITE SUPERVISOR ( CONTRACT)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be Malaysian
• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering / Town Planning.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the engineering field.
• Must be 24 – 35 years old.
• Candidate must be highly motivated, have a good personality, and can work in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for supervising the daily operations.
2. Prepare/review project drawings and supervise the project site.
3. Assisting consultation job and quotation preparation.
4. Prepare project progress reports.
5. Ensure that each job made by the appointed vendor is referred to in the plan drawings and specifications.
6. Attend site meetings to ensure project implementation & progress according to the implementation schedule.
7. Check and verify site visit reports for permit applications.
8. Check and verify utility route information data.
9. Check and verify the contractor's information and data.
10. Prepare approval reports of the implementation of the permit.
11. Review the repair report and periodic schedule for the disability period.
12. Ensure that the works on site are carried out by contractors appointed by the Utilities Supervisor following the conditions and approvals given by the authorities involved.
13. Other tasks are directed by top management.
