What You’ll Do
Culture & Engagement
- Design and drive culture initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and accountability.
- Lead employee engagement programs including townhalls, recognition, and feedback channels.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring values are embedded in everyday practices.
- Lead learning and development initiatives that upskill employees and build leadership capability.
- Partner with leaders to design career growth frameworks, mentorship, and talent development programs.
- Champion performance management processes that drive accountability and growth.
- Oversee and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, confirmation, exit).
- Manage and evolve policies, benefits, and HR systems to support employee experience and compliance.
- Monitor HR metrics such as engagement, retention, attrition, and diversity to guide decisions.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters with fairness and empathy.
- Champion well-being initiatives to support mental, physical, and financial health.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities.
- Act as a coach and advisor to managers on leadership, feedback, and team management.
- Are passionate about culture-building and employee experience.
- Enjoy creating people programs from scratch and scaling them with growth.
- Can balance strategic design with hands-on execution.
- Value openness, accountability, and speed over corporate bureaucracy.
- Believe HR should be a business enabler, not an admin function.
- 6+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in culture-building, employee engagement, and L&D.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, empathetic, and data-driven mindset.
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
