The world needs more Intrepid people:
As a People Partner, you’ll be the main point of contact for HR operational enquiries throughout our Malaysia and Indonesia offices. You’ll support, coach and guide both managers and employees on core operational people services. This covers all HR aspects including recruitment & induction, learning & development, performance reviews, remuneration, goal setting, employment law compliance, employee exits, engagement and retention.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring employee records are accurate and well maintained. You’ll assist in developing important documents and policies, while monitoring legislative compliance. Using your excellent collaboration skills, you’ll deliver training and support managers with remuneration and performance reviews.
As this position supports our Malaysia and Indonesia offices, we are open to candidates in these locations. This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Bali, Indonesia or Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
A bit about you:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an HR operational role
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Good verbal and written communication in English and local language
- Competent in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Skilled in using people-related systems
- Able to work across management teams in both locations, interacting proactively with all levels of staff
- Excellent problem-solving skills
You will also have well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail. Your flexible and collaborative attitude, with the ability to control fluctuating workload will drive your success in this role!
