PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Ads - Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, a strong grasp of digital platforms, and a passion for driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data and insights to maximize advertising effectiveness and scale customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
* Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google,TikTok and PPC platforms across targeted regions.
* Conduct audience research to refine targeting and evaluate desired outcomes for clients' campaigns.
* Analyze performance trends, providing actionable recommendations to enhance ad performance.
* Identify new marketing channels to boost overall marketing effectiveness.
* Generate and present regular performance reports to key stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing goals.
* Coordinate with partners on campaign planning, media buying, and budget allocation to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Performance or Digital Marketing (experience in the iGaming industry is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms.
* Expertise in social media marketing best practices, including content creation and copywriting.
* Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital technologies.
* Knowledge of SEO, website management, and cloaking techniques is an advantage.
* Highly creative with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven optimization.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
