This is not a routine back-office role. You will operate with complete trust to manage sensitive accounts, optimize wealth strategy, track investment performance, and ensure real-time financial clarity - all while navigating a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

This role requires exceptional discretion, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute decisively in a high-intensity, startup setting.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the Chairman’s personal and business financial accounts: cash flow, investments, liabilities, and assets.
• Maintain accurate reporting and build dashboards that enable real-time decision-making.
• Track and analyze portfolio performance; identify rebalancing needs and market risks.
• Drive tax planning, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness with external advisors.
• Coordinate across banks, legal firms, investment platforms, and other institutions.
• Manage personal workflows - including real estate, travel, and philanthropic transactions.
• Deliver sharp, concise financial analysis that supports long-term strategic planning.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification (mandatory)
• 5-8 years of experience supporting HNWI/UHNWI, family offices, or high-trust private finance roles
• Deep knowledge of investments, wealth strategy, and multi-jurisdictional tax compliance
• Mastery of financial modeling, portfolio tracking, and performance reporting
• Fluency in tools such as Excel and accounting software
• Experience working directly with founders, C-levels, or leadership in fast-paced, unstructured environments
