Job Responsibility
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing daily tasks and schedules.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth information flow.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial projects.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related position.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong Problem Solving skills is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent Time Management and Multitasking abilities.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
