Job Responsibility
- Manage and organize the Managing Directorâs calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for travel between office to site.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
- Assist in organizing events and conferences.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Willing to work outstation alongside the Managing Director, ready to contribute and support wherever needed.
- Able to speak in Malay, English and Mandarin.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must possess own transportation for travel.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and partners.
