Job Responsibility
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
- Accompany the Managing Director to business meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in managing schedules, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments, agencies, and clients on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

- Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration, ACCA or related field.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexible to travel and attend meetings outside office as required.
- EPF/SOCSO/PCB
- Minimum 18 annual leave days, plus extra for birthday and wedding.
