Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and professional Personal Driver to provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the executive team or family members. The candidate must have a clean driving record, be highly familiar with local routes, and ensure the vehicle is maintained to the highest standards. Flexibility, confidentiality, and a high level of service are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation: Drive the employer to and from various locations, including work, meetings, appointments, and personal errands, ensuring timeliness and safety.
• Vehicle Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is consistently cleaned inside and out. Regularly check the vehicle for any required maintenance, ensuring it is serviced on time, refueled, and stocked with necessary items (e.g., water, tissues).
• Route Planning: Plan routes in advance to ensure efficient and timely travel, avoiding traffic delays whenever possible.
• Vehicle Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records for road tax, insurance, and regular servicing of the vehicle.
• Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality regarding any conversations or information exchanged during drives.
• Errands and Assistance: Assist with loading/unloading of luggage, running errands such as deliveries, shopping, or other tasks as requested by the employer.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all road safety rules and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times. Handle emergencies or accidents following appropriate procedures.
• Additional Support: Provide general assistance as needed, including making minor household deliveries or accompanying the employer on trips.

Requirements:

• Valid and clean driver’s license with no recent traffic violations.
• Knowledge of roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
• Physical ability to assist with luggage and other manual tasks as necessary.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of the vehicle.
