Personal Driver-cum-Dispatch (Bukit Jalil KL)

• Safely and timely drive the company's leadership to work and back, and to various business events
• Safely drive the leadership's visitors, business partners and associates go and from places authorized by the leadership。
• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition
• Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary
• Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
• Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s)
• Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours
• Willing to work overtime, weekend, public holiday and as when required.
• To standby during office hours and after.
• Carry out some modest office undertakings like organizing records, and cleaning the employer’s office and desk
• Carry out other assignments that may be given by the leadership.

Requirement :

• Clean background, no criminal record
• Medically and physically fit with no criminal record
• Familiarity with local roads, traffic laws, and navigation tools, able to navigate and use necessary tech application (Waze, Google maps etc.)
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
• High level of trustworthiness and reliability.
• Always polite, respect and supportive to all people who are working around with you.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
• Strictly no smoking and drinking at work.
