What We’re Looking For (Requirements) :

  • Minimum 1 year of consistent fitness or personal training experience
  • Certification from recognized bodies (e.g. NASM, FEA, ACE) preferred — but if you are uncertified yet passionate, you may still apply and be considered for our internship program
  • Strong passion for fitness, coaching, and helping people change their lives
  • Self-motivated, growth mindset, good communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport, motivate clients, and maintain client consistency
  • Entrepreneurial or leadership inclination is a plus
