- Membangun, melaksana, menyelenggara dan menambah baik sistem operasi secara berterusan untuk memberikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Untuk sentiasa menyemak prosedur jabatan untuk ketepatan dan keberkesanan. Kemas kini prosedur apabila perlu.
- Memastikan sistem organisasi yang cekap dan berkesan bagi memudahkan pencapaian visi dan misi syarikat.
- Untuk menganalisis laporan dan statistik, dan mengesyorkan perkhidmatan dan prosedur standard untuk mengurangkan ralat dalam bidang khusus.
- Untuk menjalankan Audit Kualiti Dalaman secara berkala untuk semua jabatan.
- Untuk mencipta dan mengekalkan aktiviti berkaitan QA dan mengatur sumber QA.
