We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to lead planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for complex, fast-paced data center construction projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, deep technical understanding, and the ability to adapt schedules based on real-time site conditions. You’ll play a critical role in keeping the project on track from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. This role is a 14-month contract role.

The Opportunity
- Develop and manage baseline schedules, look-ahead programs, and progress tracking tools.
- Plan and sequence fast-track activities, including parallel works and phased handovers.
- Monitor contractor progress on-site, validate claims, and assess recovery plans with mitigation strategies.
- Report key metrics through dashboards, S-curves, earned value analysis, and visual updates.
- Work collaboratively with contractors, PMC teams, and clients to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Is this role right for you?
- 8–12 years of planning experience on large-scale construction projects, ideally data centers or mission-critical builds.
- Strong grasp of full lifecycle project phases including design, MEP, architectural, IT readiness, T&C, and approvals.
- Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and schedule reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of WBS structures tailored for colocator data centers.
- A proactive, site-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
