Provides administrative support and assistance to the Planning team on various projects vital to the operational needs of the organization.

Provides administrative support and assistance to the Planning team on various projects vital to the operational needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Planning Systems and Process – Administrative Support
- NCMR follow-up and Aging Lot Report – daily follow-up of the NCMR
- OFF BOP / PPGI System Update – allocation parts
- PO Releases and MTBIN conversion
- Reports Generation
- Leadframe Strategy
- Delivery Performance – OTD Shipment and OTD FCD, Cycle Time
- Aging and Quarantine Report
- Capacity Resources Report
- Assist with Planning Projects
- Development of the macro program for Weekly Probe Plan
- Supply and Demand Chart macro program
- CRD Analysis macro program
- College graduate or currently enrolled in any of the bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain and or other related courses.
- Efficiency at MS Office (excel, word, PPT, etc). Basic macro skills an advantage
- Fluent in both oral and written communication
