Key Responsibilities

• Develop Level 1 to 3 project schedules for all development stages.
• Delivery strategy alignment with procurement, design & engineering, construction, T&C and operation teams.
• Support and assist PMC in developing Level 3 Project Coordinated Schedule with key project milestones sufficient for other departments such as Design and Procurement Team to plan
• Review and schedule quality check (Health check) of Level 4 and/or Level 5 project detail timeline schedule by Contractors.
• Ensure that Contractors and PMCs adhere to DayOne schedule management policy.
• Project control and monitor to ensure projects’ progress is on target. Tracking and alignment on project delivery status including risk and mitigation.
• Advise the construction team and any key personnel of any major slippages in the works, particularly those affecting key/interim milestones.
• Review and tracking or any recovery plan or acceleration plan should projects fall behind in terms of progress.
• Consolidate project’s progress reporting and preparation of weekly/monthly reporting in form of dashboards or presentation slides.
• Manage and keep records and update project timeline schedule in OPC.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction and/or equivalent
• 5-8 years of planning and scheduling experience, including management
• Data Center delivery experience will be added advantage.
• Good understanding of construction industry practices and standards to perform planning and scheduling.
• Experience and Proficiency in Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Project.
