Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and plant staff to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and mutual support.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in radiation plant operations, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Act as Radiation Protection Supervisor/Officer (RPS/RPO) category 1, ensuring compliance with all radiation protection standards.
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and disposal of radioactive materials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct radiation safety training for plant personnel and ensure ongoing compliance with safety regulations.

- Plant Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of gamma radiation facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of radiation equipment and systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to radiation plant operations promptly to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all plant activities comply with local, national, and international radiation safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for the handling and operation of radiation equipment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
Associate's Degree
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
- Development and execution of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance, minimum 2 years
- Hand on experience in equipment and machinery troubleshooting, minimum 5 years
- Supervising skill, minimum 3 years
- Involvement in quality system, minimum 3 years
- Involvement in safety & health related issue, minimum 2 years
- Engineering related skill, industrial automation, specializing in Siemens PLC & SCADA
- Knowledge or experience in switching, RF and high frequency oscillator circuit preferred
- Knowledge or experience in HSE procedure/ rules and regulations and COSHH requirement
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
