Job Summary:
As a Junior Reporting and Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the reporting and analytics arm within the GIPS-SR (Global Investment Performance Standards - Strategic Reporting) division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate insights from data and help develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Qliksense and other industry-leading tools like Power BI and Tableau. This role is ideal for candidates looking to kick-start their career in business analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports that support decision-making processes across departments.
• Assist in automating data collection, validation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the GIPS-SR team to identify data needs, design solutions, and deliver data-driven insights.
• Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics, trends, and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from various departments within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience (3 years) with reporting tools such as Qliksense, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques and business analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of business analytics and financial data.
• Experience working with data visualization best practices.
• Knowledge of office productivity tools like Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Other Requirements:

• Must be part of the reporting and analytics arm within GIPS-SR.
