POST SALES SECURITY ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to partners and customers within our vendor portfolio and addressing client questions and concerns effectively.
- Delivery of technology solutions based on client specifications, leveraging Netpoleon’s product offerings.
- Develop and build lab environments to provide demonstration capability and testing platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment on solution capabilities and client requirements.
- Obtain required vendor and security industry certifications to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
- Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years technical experience within a specific technology vertical such as networks, cloud, software, or cyber security.
- 1+ years technical experience within the cyber security technical controls vertical.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivator and ability to work independently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to execute, multi-task, prioritize, and work unsupervised with great attention to detail.
- Experience working in a multi-national company with teams distributed across different time zones (APAC).
- Exposure to Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) which are compliant with industry standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, SOC2, PCI DSS, etc.
- Exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and excellent documentation skills.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the corporate environment, as well as the key business and technology drivers.
- Comfortable communicating at all management levels, including C-level.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility with internal and external teams.
- Position: Permanent Full-Time
- Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience
