About the role

Pickleball Factory Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented PR and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, and will play a crucial role in driving our marketing and communications strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing strategic PR and marketing campaigns to promote the Pickleball Factory brand and its products
  • Managing media relations, including drafting press releases, organising media events, and building relationships with key industry influencers and media
  • Creating engaging content for our website, social media channels once every 2 days, and other marketing collateral constantly.
  • Analysing marketing performance data and providing insights to inform future strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts
  • To align on music/live band timetable and song genre to match with marketing plans

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in PR and marketing, preferably within the marketing communications industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and web analytics
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
  • Familiarity with the sports or leisure industry is an advantage
