Pre Sales Support Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for project procurement management, including developing procurement strategies, preparing procurement plans, negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers, and ensuring that the procurement process meets company policies and legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Work closely with sales team and technical support team to find suitable suppliers within the market based on project requirements and conduct supplier evaluation and price comparison to ensure the most competitive price and service is obtained. Prepare tender documents and proposals, RFP, RFI.
3. Take charge of project support, including collaborating with the project team to provide the resources and support needed for the project to ensure the project is on schedule and delivered smoothly.
4. Monitor and manage supplier performance, including supplier delivery capability, quality control and after-sales service, to ensure suppliers meet or exceed contractual requirements. Carry out the company's supplier ecology construction, establish solid cooperative relationship with suppliers, and promote suppliers' business development and mutually beneficial cooperation with the company.
5. Coordinate with other departments, including technical department, quality management department and legal department, to ensure the coordination and cooperation of project procurement and support work with other departments of the company.

Job Requirements

1. At least a diploma/bachelor's degree in a communications or computer related field or equivalent and at least 4 years of work experience in the ICT industry.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are required, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
3. Work experience in similar industries, understanding of industry characteristics and needs, and knowledge and experience in cloud computing, IDC, weak power construction, system integration, and other related fields.
4. Practical working experience in relevant project management or supply chain management with the ability to effectively plan, execute and monitor projects and successfully deliver project results.
5. Experience in leading large ICT projects will be a plus.
