We are seeking an experience Presales Engineer to join our client's team. The role involves building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams This is a remote role based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-sales demos, showcasing cybersecurity solutions and those of our partners.
  • Provide expert advice, assess client needs, and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create customer-specific cybersecurity roadmaps and business plans.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, analyzing both technical and business needs.
  • Prepare responses to tenders, craft client-specific offers, and present strong value propositions.
  • Represent client requirements to internal teams and partners, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.


Key Qualifications:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in solution selling roles e.g cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience with technical demos, consulting, and solution development in cybersecurity.
  • Strong client relationship management and proposal preparation skills.
  • Ability to liaise effectively between clients and internal stakeholders.
