Presales Engineer / Solution Architect (Cloud)

We are seeking a dynamic Presales Consultant - Solutions Architect with expertise in cloud solutions to join our team. This role involves working closely with sales, service, engineering, and technical support teams to develop and propose technical solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in presales, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations.

What You'll Do

• Develop solutions and deliver compelling proof of concept (POC) demonstrations for cloud solutions (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Ensure solutions in the Statement of Work align with client requirements and best practices.
• Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure the successful closure of sales processes.
• Liaise with Product Managers to relay client feedback on product requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitor landscapes.
  
  

What You Bring

• A diploma or degree in any field, though Information Technology is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a presales role. Experience on presales is cloud is a strong advantage but not compulsory, open to candidates with presales in other IT products / domains.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Good English fluency.
