About the role

Join Eduguru Education Group Sdn Bhd as a Preschool Teacher in their branches in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and nurturing learning environments for young children, guiding their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that stimulate children's curiosity and support their learning and growth
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, collaboration, and exploration
• Observe and document children's progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet their individual needs
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised classroom environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continually enhance your teaching skills

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 1 years' experience teaching in a preschool or daycare setting, fresh candidates are stringly encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of child development, age-appropriate teaching methods, and curriculum planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
