What You’ll Do
The primary function of the job is to provide Power Distribution field application related activities either direct to customer or through partners work together with sales team to achieve customer satisfaction, exceed annual sales and growth targets.
Deploys all prescription actions with assigned consultant to maximize business with them.
To build and secure relationship with M&E consultants, with strong understanding on IEC / UL standard.
Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering
10+ years related experience in power distribution product & marketing
Skills
Significant Electrical & Mechanical Product/Services Knowledge
Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
Ability to work well within a team
Fluent in written and spoken English
Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel"
Knowledge of low voltage, medium voltage products and systems as well as control and electrical design
Strong Time Management Skills
Strong Presentation/Training and Communication Skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Strong organization and project management skills

What You’ll Do
The primary function of the job is to provide Power Distribution field application related activities either direct to customer or through partners work together with sales team to achieve customer satisfaction, exceed annual sales and growth targets.
Deploys all prescription actions with assigned consultant to maximize business with them.
To build and secure relationship with M&E consultants, with strong understanding on IEC / UL standard.
- Promoting Eaton products and containerized solutions to regional or local End User & consultant.
- Identify potential new Electrical & Mechanical Consultant and diversify into new segments. Build strong relationship with design engineer, architect and electrical contractors
- Develop by customizing attractive Low Voltage & Medium Voltage (LV & MV) solution with competitive price for solution partners, contractors and consultant.
- Provide and maintain a strong technical knowledge with good service and support level to customers, as to achieve customer satisfaction
- Conduct product & Solution sharing, specify Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision makers
- Develop & execute Prescription strategy plan maximizing Eaton's competitive advantages
- Perform Eaton software simulation for discrimination study and fault calculation for internal or external stakeholders, where applicable.
- Decent knowledge of containerized solution involving LV & MV Power Distribution, Mechanical Cooling and Ventiliation system & Fire & Sprinkler system would be considered as advantages.
- To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
- Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
- Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
- Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
- Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
- Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
