Job Overview:

 

Lead the transformation and standardization of pricing and quotation processes, tools, and analytics across East Asia to drive operational efficiency, commercial agility, and profitable growth. Deliver timely, actionable insights through robust analytics and reporting. Ensure governance and compliance through structured frameworks while collaborating with global and local stakeholders to scale impact.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Standardize Pricing & Quotation Processes
  • Govern data integrity and maintenance within pricing and quotation systems.
  • Drive floor price deployment and manage high-risk quote approvals.
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with corporate pricing and quotation standards.
  1. Drive Commercial Policy Execution
  • Co-lead the end-to-end partner agreement management process in collaboration with Legal.
  • Simplify and deploy the Commercial Policy playbook; ensure stakeholder alignment and training.
  • Co-lead the Platinum Rules deployment, focusing on coverage tracking and communication.
  1. Develop and Scale Pricing Analytics
  • Deploy and optimize global and regional pricing reporting and analytics tools.
  • Ensure timely publication of pricing reports and forecasts in alignment with Finance.
  • Deliver customized and/or ad hoc pricing performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
  1. Deploy and Operationalize Pricing Tools
  • Ensure timely local deployment and adoption of global pricing and quotation tools.
  • Establish escalation protocols for technical issues and ensure user readiness.
  • Explore AI-driven solutions to streamline pricing-related process transformation.

MAIN SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUESTED

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in pricing management, commercial policy, product management, or channel management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong business acumen with fluency in data and analytics
  • Expertise in delivering impactful training to transfer knowledge effectively
  • Solid influencing skills and impactful communication
  • English fluency
