Principal Engineer Quality Management

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Act as IFX quality ambassador.
• Influence subcon's quality culture and mindset with IFX's culture and mindset
• Train subcon with IFX quality management practice and deploy the implementation
• Integrate resources internally and externally to enable subcon's quality management process, establish the process capability in developing and manufacturing automotive grade product
• Closely work with development and engineering team to develop automotive grade product through APQP process
• Participate project milestone assessment review and release.
• Participate production readiness assessment identify weakness and drive improvement.
• Support development 8D.
• Maintain the production of automotive grade product through all production control processes such as IQC, IPQC, OQC, reliability assessment etc.
• Management change process, review the evaluation/assessment, approve and implement the change.
• Manage subcon's daily operation in quality aspects, monitor and track quality performance, reporting to OSAT, division and customer where applicable, solve quality problems.
• Coordinate IFX and/or customer audits; lead audit related activities, follow up on closure & improvement; (Lead yearly VDA 6.3 Audit, Support development projects and safe launch / ramp up audit).
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Minimum bachelor's degree, good experience in semiconductor assembly or adjacent industry such as EMS, good knowledge of semiconductor assembly material and passive components;
• Experience in engineering, production and/or quality management; Experience in automotive semiconductor or automotive electronics;
• Highly independent, self motivated, passionate in striving for excellence, able to work under high pressure;
• A good problem solver, logical thinking with high analytical skills;
• Good personnel communication skills, able to influence peers and partners;
• A good team player, cooperates with both external customer and internal peer
