Process Engineer

Job Descriptions:-

1. Responsible for process engineering activities to address all process including issues for existing and new process.

2. Responsible for initiating and lead quality, cost time optimized, cost saving and productivity improvement (Continuous Improvement) activities for existing process.

3. To explore and develop new opportunities for production improvement.

4. Support production in term of technical know-how.

5. Review and analyze the performance of various procedures at company and makes recommendations for improvements.

6. Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects.

7. Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

8. Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.

9. Work with management to define the short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains.

10. Maintain 5S and ensure safety.

11. To perform other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirement: -

· Degree in any Engineering field or Diploma or equivalent.

· At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing process or field.

· Possess good technical background.

· Have knowledge and experience in lean management and QCC will be an added advantage.

· Have knowledge about Auto-CAD and programming in PLC will be an added advantage.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Good inter-personal skills & communication skills

· Good team player
