Responsibilities

1. Deep understanding of software & hardware systems used in manufacturing processes.
2. Proficient in CAM software for designing & creating tool paths
3. Ability to analyze customer requirements & design specifications.
4. Skilled in conducting Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis with the R&D team.
5. Hands-on experience with various manufacturing techniques, including CNC machining (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis) & 3D metal printing.
6. Strong ability to manage projects & ensure timely delivery within short lead times.
7. Capable of managing a team & driving them towards successful project completion
8. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with different teams
9. Ability to perform other related duties as assigned by management

Skills & Abilities

1. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes & techniques.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office & 3D modeling software
3. Strong problem-solving skills for efficiently addressing & resolving manufacturing issues.
4. Ability to work independently & collaboratively as part of a team

Physical Characteristics

1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
2. Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Able to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Education & Experience

1. Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years & above working experience in manufacturing related environment.

Position 2 - Process Engineer SMT

Responsibilities

1. To provide technical support for day to day operational issues.
2. To troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues and yield loss contributors in a safe, timely and effective manner.
3. Able to use analytical methods and test to develop comprehensive understanding of manufacturing problems. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
4. Need to participate or lead in multifunctional teams on process improvement and development projects.
5. To optimize manufacturing process to improve yield to reduce cost and cycle-time.
6. Able to use statistical tools, LEAN manufacturing techniques and develop new processes to improve product performance, manufacturability and product cost.
7. To address customer complaints by developing effective and robust solutions.
8. Develops process and quality documentation.
9. Self-starter, hands on manufacturing process engineer.
10. Ability to work independently and also in a team environment on long term projects.
11. Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials to optimize robust manufacturing processes.
12. Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
13. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
14. Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods, process capabilities, establishing standards, and confirming manufacturing processes.
15. Performing test on systems for improving efficiency and accuracy for achieving a quality and cost effective production procedure successfully.
16. Managing the process design projects and ensuring their timely completion.
17. Improving the present production procedures to increase productivity, quality and revenues.

1. Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels with the organization, suppliers and customers
2. Ability to provide leadership, direction, identify and resolve issues with other departments group effectively
3. Able to work long hours and under high-pressure in fast paced environment

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor Degree or Master in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar technical degree.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a process or manufacturing engineer.
3. Candidate must have strong analytical skills, IT knowledge and must have the interest and burning desire to work in a highly dynamic and challenging manufacturing environment.
4. Knowledge in LEAN manufacturing or Quality control system is a strong plus.
