Responsibility
- To prepare Tenders and Quotations and follow up with customers and prospects.
- To prepare all Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices to customers.
- To handle the E-perolehan system (Government and PPUM)
- To prepare Packing Lists and arrange for the transporter to be assigned for the deliveries to customers.
- To follow up on deliveries and ensure customers are satisfied.
- To solve customers’ issues, enquiries and complaints to the best of ability and in a professional manner.
- To churn out Weekly Activity Reports to the Finance & Accounts Manager and MD.
- To prepare weekly reports to the MD on quotations sent out.
- To key-in armboard stock.
- To help with packing of armboards as and when the need arises for urgent delivery.
- Any other ad hoc assignments as and when arising.
