Responsibilities
- Perform daily procurement operations includes processing the purchase requisition, purchase order issuance and other relevant documents.
- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and negotiating with the suppliers for the required good or item.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth supplying of items.
- Liaise with internal teams to understand and fulfill material requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Support data entry and procurement reporting as required.
- Support Head of Department in performing daily procurement operations on project basis.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management /Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Analytical with good presentation skills.
- High-energy individuals and team player.
