Responsibilities

  • Perform daily procurement operations includes processing the purchase requisition, purchase order issuance and other relevant documents.
  • Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and negotiating with the suppliers for the required good or item.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth supplying of items.
  • Liaise with internal teams to understand and fulfill material requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
  • Support data entry and procurement reporting as required.
  • Support Head of Department in performing daily procurement operations on project basis.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management /Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical with good presentation skills.
  • High-energy individuals and team player.
