Procurement Executive

As the Procurement Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee all procurement-related operations. Your work will directly impact the revenue of the company and the efficiency of our supply chain. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and document purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Track delivery schedules and promptly alert stakeholders of any delays.
• Ensure all new and existing products/stocks are accurately updated in the system, including photos, specifications, and stock balances.
• Liaise closely with the warehouse team on stock balance, aging stock data, and all incoming and outgoing stock, including any return stock concerns.
• Perform and support ad-hoc and other procurement/warehouse initiatives.
  
  

Working Arrangement

On-Site. Work closely with the Procurement Manager and Warehouse team.

• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A background or experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• A team player and problem solver with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong planning, execution, and coordination skills.
