主要職責：
- 建立並推出採購流程、SOP 和追蹤系統——最好是自動化的。
- 定義明確的採購政策和審批工作流程，以確保一切嚴密且合規。
- 自信地與供應商和服務提供者協商價格、條款和合約。
- 提出和管理採購訂單 (PO)，確保所有文件準確、完整。
- 密切注意供應商的表現並維護最新的供應商記錄。
- 與財務部門密切合作，核實發票、追蹤成本並保持預算。
- 發現削減成本和提高採購營運效率的機會。
- 推薦或介紹可以使採購更加智慧的數位化工具或輕量級平台。
資格：
- 供應鏈管理、工商管理、商務或相關領域的學士學位。
- 1-2 年採購、採購或營運經驗。
- 擁有建立或參與採購流程或工作流程的經驗是一大優勢。
- 熟悉行銷服務、採購軟體或數位工具是一種優勢。
- 組織性強，規劃能力強。
- 有信心獨立設計和實施新系統或流程。
- 敏銳的談判和供應商管理技巧。
- 精通 Excel 和 Google Workspace；具採購或專案管理軟體經驗者優先。
- 清晰有效的溝通者，能夠很好地進行內部和外部聯絡。
- 精通英語和馬來語。
