Your Role And Responsibilities

• Focus on end-to-end Tactical Buying RFx steps including 3-bid buy, negotiations, and contract redlining
• Execute low-value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying)
• Create global agreements with awarded suppliers, supported by Senior Sourcing Professionals
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct BU interviews, and present final event outcomes and supplier scoring
• Manage NDA/CDA engagement with suppliers before handover to Sourcing Analyst for agreement creation
• Prepare cost modeling (cost structure) for each sourcing project
• Provide data and support for Supplier Performance Management and collaborate with Senior Sourcing Professionals for BU/supplier presentations
• Work with Sourcing Analysts on Supplier Scorecard calculations and BU interactions
• Execute supplier financial health analysis and reporting for moderate-complexity cases
• Support middle and back-office procurement tasks based on complexity
• Utilize market intelligence and supplier identification from Senior Sourcing Professionals and include suitable suppliers in sourcing projects
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
• Ability to communicate in Japanese or Korean is a bonus
• 1-3 years of procurement experience
• General knowledge of end-to-end sourcing activities
• Basic knowledge of ERP procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle)
