Product Development Officer

Job Responsibility

As a PD, you will be responsible for promoting  our company's products or services to customers. Your primary objective will be to achieve targets, build a strong relationship with the clients, handling client's complaints and resolve them in a timely manner. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present our offerings and address customer needs.

We also want someone who can dare to take challenges, aggressive, collaborate with other teams, and is committed to professional development.

What will you be expected to do?

• Achieve targets and suggest new ways on generating leads to increase customer base in industry fields.
• Responsible for conducting activities including attending to existing customers, sourcing new customers, promoting company products, and monitoring customer accounts
• Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective customers to solicit orders
• Liaise closely with indoor customer service officers to ensure proper communication of customer needs
• Submit reports on new leads, projects, and customer-related information

Job Requirements

What we are looking for?

Â

• You are willing to travel extensively across your designated states
• You would have minimum 1-2 years experience in related fields
• You are able to understand and communicate well with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• You have great time management in multi-tasking and managing additional projects
• You are a fast learner, an independent worker, and a joyful team member
• with Engineering/Automotive background will be added advantages
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• You are responsible and disciplined with a good attitude
