We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team! If you're passionate about building impactful products and have 3-5 years of experience in product management, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Product Manager at HealthMetrics, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our digital healthcare solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative products that enhance corporate healthcare management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.

Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of features.

Conduct user research, analyze data, and iterate on product improvements to enhance user experience.

Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Monitor key product metrics and continuously optimize performance.

3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or fintech industries.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven product decisions.

Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Figma, or similar.
