Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing new ideas, develop and implement efficient strategies and techniques of assigned product portfolios towards achieving set KPIs
• Perform ongoing market analysis to keep track with consumer needs and competitor’s performance, and response affirmatively
• Mapping out potential customers and generating leads and new opportunities for the organization
• Establish strong professional relationship with Key Opinion Leaders
• Providing training and technical support to the sales team

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Health/Science/Business disciplines or its equivalent
• Min. 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Good team player/spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong networking with customers particularly in the Ethical segment
• Good organization and planning skills
• Candidate with experience in handling dermatology and aesthetic products will be an added advantage
